• The State Planning Policy 4/10 for Healthy Waters (SPP) and the State Planning Policy Guideline for Healthy Waters were approved in October 2010 and were effective from 2 May 2011. The SPP is supported technically by a number of documents including the Urban Stormwater Quality Planning Guidelines, which now provides DERM's guidance for stormwater quality management for urban development in Queensland
